Shocker Track Club (STC) is excited to again offer Indoor Track and Field Training beginning October 1, 2026. All practices will be held in the Wichita State University Heskett Center, or on the Wichita State University campus. Practices are held 3-5 times weekly from 630p to 830p. STC is a training and development focused, competitive team, with multiple Coaches for every event in Track and Field. We consider our Coaches and Athletes to be members of a family, and thus treat each other accordingly during all activities. Contact us at youth@shockertrackclub.com with questions.
The Indoor Youth program is for athletes between the ages of 9 and 18, and current high school seniors. Athletes that are nine (9) that have not previously trained with STC must participate in a free try-it-out practice and be approved before joining the club. If an athlete is participating in Cross Country in a KSHSAA member high school or middle school, the athlete may not participate with Shocker Track Club during the XC season. If your child’s school is not a KSHSAA member, the athlete can participate with STC beginning in October.
Our Adult programs are divided into two groups – Open (Ages 19 through 29) and Masters (Ages 30 and older). Contact us at president@shockertrackclub.com with questions about our Open and Masters teams.
