We are pleased to again offer 2024-2025 Fall/Winter Indoor Track and Field Training beginning on October 1, 2024. Kids can join at any time during the season. The first practice will be Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 615p until 745p outside at Wichita State University’s Heskett Center. Athletes ages 9 through 18 and high school seniors are able to participate. Training is provided for Sprints, Distance, All Jumps, All Throws, Hurdles, and Pole Vault!
All Practices will be held on the Wichita State University campus in the Heskett Center or at Cessna Stadium. All practices begin with an organized, group warm-up activity designed to both stretch and teach appropriate and applicable body movement positions necessary for every event in Track and Field.
