Master’s Meet Schedule Change
The schedule >> Wichita MastersOpen 9 7 13 Revised has been adjusted for Saturday’s Master’s/Open Meet at Wichita State’s Cessna Stadium as follows –
Register Now for the STC Masters/Open Meet!
There’s still time to register for the second annual Shocker Track Club Masters/Open meet! Adults of all ages are welcome and encouraged to “spike up” and register to compete! The meet will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Wichita State’s Cessna Stadium beginning at 900a with the open (ALL AGES) pole vault competition. Running events begin at 1030a. All-American Masters Icon Honored at Inaugural Bill Butterworth Track Meet
WICHITA, Kan. – Cheered on by a personal fan club of family and friends, Bill Butterworth, 82, competed in dual events at the masters indoor track meet held Saturday, Jan. 26th, at Wichita State University’s Heskett Center.
Those cheers became a round of thunderous applause for Bill when the entire track meet was named for the longtime Masters Track and Field All-American, for his great contribution to the sport. He received a lovely plaque to commemorate the event, which will be forever named in his honor. Read More

Looking for something to do today? Come check out the STC Bill Butterworth Master’s Indoor at WSU’s Heskett Center! Masters athletes from all over the region will be competing! After the completion of the Masters’ section, Youth athletes will also compete.

STC Dominates At WSU Intersquad Meet
It’s been a while since most of the Shocker Track Club Elite athletes have competed on the track so this past weekend’s annual Wichita State Intersquad Meet provided a transition into the season for seven former Shockers competing for the elite team as well as a few other on the STC Open team.
