STC Dominates At WSU Intersquad Meet

It was another great weekend of running for Shocker Track Club Elite members Tonya Nero and Danielle Chapman. Nero placed 27th at the World Half Marathon Championships in Bulgaria while Chapman won another road race in Wichita. Read More
STC Announces Throws Pentathlon and Master’s Indoor Meet
The Shocker Track Club continues to promote fun and exciting track and field events in the Wichita area, announcing two new meets in the coming months. The STC Throws Pentathlon will be October 27 while the STC Master’s/Open Indoor Meet will be December 15. Read More
STC Elite/Master’s Celebrate Successful First Year
The Shocker Track Club joined together in celebration on Sunday evening, September 23rd at Jersey’s Grill and Bar, for the Elite and Master’s teams. STC has grown significantly in a little over a year and the success of these athletes were a big part. Read More
Nero to compete at World Half Marathon Championships
STC Elite member Tonya Nero has committed to compete at the World Half Marathon Championships in Kavarna, Bulgaria on October 6th. Nero, a former All-American for Wichita State will also run in the UWI International Half Marathon in her home country of Trinidad an Tobago on October 28th. Read More
