STC Youth Team Member KateLyn Nichols finished in a tie for 4th place in the Girls 15-16 High Jump at the USATF Junior Olympics in Sacramento, California earning All-American status! KateLyn cleared 1.50m (4′-11″) in earning the 4th place tie. KateLyn, an Inman High student-athlete, was “clean” through the first four heights of the competition and nearly cleared 1.55m. Other STC Youth Team Members competing in the Junior Olympics competed well! Kila Respress (Goddard Eisenhower High) finished 23rd in the Girls 17-18 Shot Put with a put of 10.16m, and Eva Hilgenfeld (Whitewater Remington High) finished 10th in the Girls 17-18 High Jump with a clearance of 1.50m.
