Shocker Track Club is accepting applications for leadership positions for its Youth Team. An informational meeting for interested individuals will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 600p at Northeast Magnet High School – 5550 North Lycée (53rd Street North and Rock Road) in Bel Aire. Completed applications are due on Monday, October 13, 2014. 3rd Annual Masters Open Meet – September 13th!
There’s still time to register for the 3rd Annual Shocker Track Club “Wichita Masters/Open Track and Field Meet” on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at Wichita State University’s Historic Cessna Stadium Track. Registration is open to all athletes ages 19-90+. The Pole Vault is open to Youth competitors.
Field Events begin at 900a; Running Events begin at 1000a with a relaxed, 1500m Powerwalk race for casual walkers!!!

2014 2015 Board Members Announced
The Board of Directors of the Shocker Track Club selected the following individuals to serve as Board Members for the 2014 – 2015 year. STC Youth Tracksters Head to Texas and Iowa Eyeing Championships
With only the USATF National Junior Olympics and AAU Junior Olympics remaining this season, 15 STC Youth Athletes headed to Turner Stadium in Humble, Texas, and Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa, for the USATF and AAU Junior Olympics championship meets! We are proud of their hard work and wish them the best!!!

STC Masters and Youth Team Members Take Topeka by Storm
STC Masters Team members Larry Staton, Donna and Steve Wilson, and Tony Sumler, and several members of the Youth Team competed well at the annual Kansas Sunflower Games. Staton won golds in the 100m, 200m, and 400m!

STC Youth Tracksters Head to Topeka and Arkansas on Hardware Hunt
Nearly 20 STC Youth Athletes will be competing this weekend at the annual Kansas Sunflower Games in Topeka, Kansas, and the USATF Region 9 Championships at Conway, Arkansas!
